Hello there ,   Even if u had irregular Menses before considering ur status u should get a home pregnancy test done and if negative u should get a withdrawal bleed with noethisterone 5 mg thrice daily for 5 days and also get urself investigated with initial AMH, TSH ,PROLACTIN , USG of lower abdomen followed by other tests if necessary. So dear stop worrying and first thing tomorrow get the pregnancy test done immediately Goodluck
