After masturbating there was a slight bleeding in my foreskin which became a visible blood vessel.now eventually 2-3 similar blood vessels have shown up in my foreskin because of which I cannot pull it back properly.i also get more more erections now.constant discomfort in pubic area.a bit pain and burning sensation.

Hi, due to trauma to foreskin you have developed bleeding. Kindly consult surgeon for further evaluation & treatment..
