Cysts usually don't pose any harm if they are simple type, they are rarely the cause for pain. Even after removal of cyst pain can persist. There is no indication for cyst removal except in rare case of bleeding. In rare cases complex cysts need nephrectomy if they show features of malignancy. Pain in the back can be neuropathic, spine related or diabetic radiculopathy. Gabantin works neuropathic pains. Your Nephrologist has given you gabantin probably for the same.
Next Steps
check with your Nephrologist, he will be your best advisor.
Health Tips
don't go for traditional medications without knowing the components, there can be heavy metals in some of them which can damage your liver and kidneys.
