Related to blood pressure fluctuations

I am having frequent bp fluctuations from past two days, I woke up my bp was 113/78 mmHg I took brkfst and after around 30 mins later my bp droped down to 84/45 mmHg . This is happening from past 2days and as I m diabetic , I got my hba1c checked this Saturday and it came out to be <4

Even though both drugs u r taking can rise bp, ur bp seems to be normal.. Ur insulin dose need to be adjusted only if u get any episodes of hypoglycemia. For proper bp management do a 24 hrs Ambulatory bp monitoring.
