My daughter is 1 and half year old... Though she is urge to pass stool but she won't she rejects to do and holds back the stool... Is that because of fear?? She eats well,she plays well... Two or three days once she goes...

Toilet training takes time. Holding back stool can be due to fear ( because hard stool causes pain) or playful behaviour. Be patient. Encourage her.
