Regular headache 24 hrs a day from 10day . n also feel lazy n sleeply during day time even I can't concentrate on any work . what type of problem it is . n what precautions should be taken n how can I concentrate . and also without any doctor prescribed I start using modalert (modafill) should i continue using modalert

Hi as per the query my advice to you is meet with a good Physician, who can assess you to find out the root cause of your problem then you visit to any speciality if it is required. Don't try any medication without Doctor's prescription.

Hii.check for refractory errors. And consult pain physician for further follow up to help u out .don't self medicate.
