Regular gyming causes hairfall

I go to gym daily as a result I get sweaty hair. I try washing my hair daily and 3 times shampoo in week. I am having huge hair loss. Kindly suggest something to make the hair fall reduce and also regrow.

One of the main reasons why excessive scalp sweating isn’t the best is because sweat tends to dry out your scalp and hinder the growth of new hair.
