Respected sir or mam pls check it im sharing u a pic I have a ulcer can u pls check it prescribed me some best mouthwash and cream for that with some vitamin capsules

Apply mucopain ointment thrice a day before food for 5 days Kenacort ointment twice a day for 5 days after food. Avoid sour spicy and very hot food Get a dental opinion.
