Does sinus problem leads to swelling in tonsils??? Because I have a sinus problem and there is a swelling in tonsils whenever my nose blocks then automatically my tonsils starts to swell

Enlargement of tonsils denotes infection in sorouding areas of neck. Once the infection subsides size of tonsils is reduced.
Next Steps
If your sinus problem is mild take tablet Augmentin-625 twice daily and tablet Hifinac-P twice daily for 1 week. Do hot water vapour  inhalation with Amruthanjan or Vicks vaporub twice daily. If the problem is too severe consult ENT surgeon.

Tonsils are lymph nodes and they can swell after any infection... But if they r troubling u by disturbing ur sleep , snoring problem, disturbed work efficiency ...kind of problems u can get ENT opinion for further management
