If bhcg is less than 2 miu/ml does it mean there is no pregnancy anywhere in the body .not only uterine but in whole body?

Was the betahcg test done after you missed your due dates of periods ,do you have a regular period cycle ,based on this we can be sure whether the pregnancy is ruled out .
