I am 33 years old married male. Whenever I get close to my wife and touch or kiss her or start foreplay sudden I feel sexual weakness and feel like will discharge immediately and immediately after few seconds discharge during normal kiss, touch and foreplay. And during intercourse I discharge also in 15-20 secs
