Regarding Rubella Virus in Pregnancy

I am 10 weeks pregnant and my blood test certificate positive for Rubella Virus with IGm at 22.5 higher than the  normal range of 20  ,then doctor asked to conduct more blood test this time also prescribing Igg along with IGM .After having second blood test the IGg level was at 155 and IGM at 0.4 which was equivocal according to doctor ,kindly suggest whether to continue pregnancy or to terminate it.
