Plz compare both per CT scan result and tell me is cancer decreases either on same place ya increase. Should I stop chemotherapy to my father ?

Need more details to comment the treatment needed and plan for this patient . Need initial CT scan , of lung where disease was suspected molecular markers done at that time to confirm if the disease was a new one or old one . Chemotherapy given and plan the doctor have discussed with you. It would be better if you can consult and share details for a second opinion . Please don’t discontinue treatment without getting an opinion.
