Regarding Rabies Vaccination

My cousin had complete rabies vaccination 14 months ago yesterday a domestic cat unvaccinated gave her a scratch on hand it's superficial but bleeding drops were seen. Does she need to take full vaccination or some booster dose is sufficient? How long immunity lasts after full rabies vaccination course. Cat is under observation and is fine so far.
