Regarding Quantiferon TB gold test

I dont have any symptoms. As per Company policy, i did TB gold test, which camd positive. Please check the report. Do i have to start treatment

These tests are obsolete now. To confirm tb get a sputum tb test done

It only tells that, you are exposed to Mtb bacilli. It does not indicate that,you have Tb disease.it is only corrobarative evidence.if you do not have any symptoms, you need not take Att.pl consult pulmonologist for further evaluation and treatment.
