What is these two rythm I have done 24 hours holter report is this holter report is normal right now I am propanal 10 mg is it safe to use or can cause first degree heart block

Report is not completely normal.. it shows episode of tachycardia which needs further evaluation by a electrophysiologist.. U can continue propranolol as of now..
