Yesterday night my wife had an ipill,today we had sex while using condom and it got teared, and we don't want to have a second baby with in 1.5 years gap.kindly let me know the effectiveness of ipill.

You may take the ipill , though it doesn't guarantee no pregnancy, alternatively u may wait for the due dates and take pills only if u are pregnant.
