I want know that in second ovolution period i intimate with my husband and got satisfaction but i got mensulation in that month. and next month i just go once with my husband and i am not satisfy that time but i miss mensulation in that month and i god positive report. so when i conceive, when i got satisfaction or when i am not.

Satisfaction has nothing to do with conception. One is pschychological and other is physiological. For exact conception duration you have to do sonography.
