Hello , Yesterday I did the unsafe sex with my fiance without condom and during intercourse accidently I ejeculate in her . What can be done now to prevent pregnancy ? Which medicine should she take ? As this is happened for the first time .

Give pill 72 or i pill as soon as possible. Its not 100 percent. So if missed periods do urine pregnancy test.
