Hello mam this is RadhikaBharath. It has been 1year of our marriage life and we are planning to have a baby. We have already planned last month but unfortunately it has not happened. My question is which is the best Tim eto have sexual relationship and how may times to get conceive in 1month.can you plz suggest me Thank you

If your cycles are regular, then mid cycle planned intercourse (that is from day 10-18 of your cycle) on alternate days or every third day should be done. Consult for further guidance.
