Regarding Pregnancy

Have regular 30/31 days cycle and egg got release on 11th day of my period. Doctor asked me to take dydroboon tablet for 20 days. Till Oct 31st I had completed those dose of tablets. Today Nov 2nd I checked pregnancy at home in the afternoon by using preganews kit. I can see faint pink line but am not sure whether I can expect pregnancy or not. Will take again after two days. Please provide your thoughts on this.
