Regarding pregnancy doubt

I had my periods on 12th March that lasted for 10 days (usually its 5 days only) and after that was away from my husband for 25 days. Had unprotected sex with my husband on 4th April and was expecting my periods around 12th April. Due to some family function and to delay my periods I took Norethisterone tablets. Today I took home test for pregnancy and it is showing positive result. Is it possible that I might get pregnant while taking these tablets?

Ya u might me if u have doubt whether ur pregnant or not do serum beta hcg . Nor ethisterone is progesterone .
