Regarding post c section complications

My wife had C-section at 28th of December 2020, post surgery dr give her IV and due to that her hand swelling a lot ,she has extreme pain in her hand ,and size of hand become double. Kindly suggest what I need to do next. your advice give me great help.

If your dates are correct and this has happened 1 year ago then please do an urgent Doppler ultrasound of the arm and consult.
