Regarding Patanjali Ashwagandha tablet

I am suffering from OCD . Recently I started taking medicine for OCD which are Fluvoxi CR 50mg , etilaam 0.25 mg , PantaDOC-D , risdone 1 mg . Can I take patanjali ashwagandha capsules along with these medicines or should I stop taking ashwagandha capsules as it might react or cause some side effects ? or can I continue taking ashwagandha capsules ??
