I feeling dizziness and lose of balance when I sit and after few seconds walk ... feeling falling down ...my doc wrote me MRI brain last year i did MRI comes normal ...again he wrote it is very difficult to do MRI can I do brain CT scan to know my problem

Might require specific studies like contrast or angio If interested in ct den ct angio might help But before proceeding i need more details about chronology etc

CT wouldn't be a good investigation for your problem. MRI brain/spine would be the initial choice, if they are normal then further investigations.
