Regarding milia on face
Dear Doctor, I have been facing the issue with small white blackheads like lesions( probably milia) all over my face from 3 years especially under the eyes, over eyelids, on cheeks and chin. I have used several home remedies, steam scrub etc. Nevertheless it turns out to be of no use. Although,when I started using active products for the treatment like retinols, AHA and BHA, it definately has improved my textural irregularities. My skin can withstand BHA and AHA without any irritation. I have been using Paula's choice 2% BHA for five months and it really helped to made their appearance small in size. But still the problem still persists. I am thinking to try the ordinary AHA 30% + BHA 2% peeling solution. Now I'm not using retinoids.Will it help out? Is it safe?

Hello dear
Milias are nothing but skin cyst and you can only get rid of it by excision through needle or RF cautery.
AHAs and BHAs might help in superficial exfoliation it won't help much in Milia as its important to break the cyst wall and removal of content to get rid of it completely
I would suggest you to visit your dermatologist/aesthetic physician to help you with any of the mentioned in clinic treatment
