I am a male with 176 cms height and 91 kg weight and I got my TSH t3 and t4 levels checked in June and TSH was 7.8 and t3 t4 were normal.
Doctor advised me to not start medication and get the test done after three months.
After three months TSH is 6.8 and t3 and t4 are within range.
My weight is always 86-87 kg since last four years and since it became 90+ so I tested myself for thyroid.
Is it the time to take medicine or should I wait and make lifestyle and dietary changes and do test again after few months???
As dar as other symptoms are concerned I feel lethargic sometimes that's it.
Please give the answer it will help me...thanks
If the 2nd report was done after dieting, no meaning of again doing dieting and check again, have to start
If it was without dieting, do diet, and check again
