Regarding medicines
Hi
I'm Aarthi. Im under antidepressants.I'm taking stalopam plus morning and night... Will that be a problem. I can't tolerate somethings which are happening around me and I get tensed and will become very angry. That's y I'm taking this medicine... My psychiatrist asked me to reduce this dosage... I tried but it's not working out.. Im bursting out on and off... No other medicine makes me comfortable like this... Pls advice.. It's good to take stalopam plus both at night and morning..

This is limited information for me to make an opinion about Medicine , need more details , change of Medicine might make the condition better. . Also along with medicine if there are issues like you mentioned you are not able to cope up with , I would suggest you to start counseling therapy sessions . CBT will help you get control on your thoughts and emotions .

To know what dose of medication you require can only be found out through complete case taking. Dose is calculated keeping in mind a lot of factors. So only a psychiatrist after assessing you completely can tell you what your treatment plan is going to be.
