Regarding medicines

Hi I'm Aarthi. Im under antidepressants.I'm taking stalopam plus morning and night... Will that be a problem. I can't tolerate somethings which are happening around me and I get tensed and will become very angry. That's y I'm taking this medicine... My psychiatrist asked me to reduce this dosage... I tried but it's not working out.. Im bursting out on and off... No other medicine makes me comfortable like this... Pls advice.. It's good to take stalopam plus both at night and morning..

Also along with medicine if there are issues like you mentioned you are not able to cope up with , I would suggest you to start counseling therapy sessions . CBT will help you get control on your thoughts and emotions .
