I have been asked to take different medicines to improve semen quality before going for iui treatment .on the start my motility is 30 percent.i am an obese man.currently I have been prescribed with lineator and vigrox medicines.My semen does not come out easily whenever I am required to provide sample.what are the methods by which semen may come out easily without lot of effort and come out in good quantity.How can I improve my sex power and quality n quantity of my semen so that fruitful result may be achieved in iui treatment
