Regarding lactogen 1 formula feeding

My baby is 1 week old. We are feeding him lactogen 1 formula from past two days due to sore and crackled nipple problem and insufficient milk. But today just after feeding lactogen 1 formula everytime, he is passing out stool. So any reason or problem with it?

please apply your breast milk on sore nipple . stopping breast feeding will increase the sore please continue breast feeding that will solve all your problems . passing stool every time after formula is not abnormal but if it persist please discuss with pediatrician
