Regarding kshar sutra

Sir/ma'am I am suffering from fitsula in ano , as per my MRI it's 6cm in length from root of scortum to anal verge in 1clock position. I am looking for available treatment options, can kshar sutra be used in my case? Approximately how much time and sitting will it take to heal 6cm fitsula? Kindly guide thankyou.
