Regarding Kidney biopsy

Urine Protein : 725 mg/dl Creatinine :132.9 mg/dl urine protein creatinine ratio : 5.46 The urine protein is higher than normal level but the creatinine level is normal. But my Doctor adviced me to do kidney biopsy. Should i do biopsy or take any other treatment. Please Sir clarify me. Im in confusion...please Sir...

Protein leakage in urine is significant and abnormal. Kidney biopsy is required to know the actual diagnosis of kidney problem
