Regarding ivf treatment

Hello Dr, I don't have any medication condition like thyroid, bp etc. My first pregnancy was stillborn case. Presently am undergoing ivf treatment, done with egg retrieval process and about to plan for Embryo transfer. But from few months am facing constipation and fissure prblm, today went to gastroenterologist and Dr suggested to plan for surgery as because the fissure was chronic and said to postpone my embryo transfer for 2 mnths but I don't want to postpone my ET as am waiting for pregnancy. Plz 🙏 suggest me whether am in correct track about not postponing the ET.

During pregnancy you cannot treat the fissure. It's better to correct it before ET.

Constipation  and pain related  to Fissure  will increase  during  pregnancy. That give other complications. Better correct  Fissure  problem  first.

Take second opinion for surgery... As fissure issue will be increased in pregnancy If it is necessary than go for surgery first...
