Regarding implant in eye

My daughter has retinoblastoma and when she was two years old her right eye was inoculated.she uses a prosthetic eye.The problem is that the implant beneath the prosthetic eye is tilt and movement in the prosthetic eye is minimum.I want to know that whether you can advise some course of treatment or can I meet you for this Regards

Thanks for putting up your query. There can be more than one causes for your daughter's eye problem. The ball implant put after the enucleation/evisceration could have migrated. Also, there is a possibility that the prosthetic eye needs to be changed as the orbital socket would have expanded with growing age. You need to consult an Oculoplasty consultant (including myself) who specializes in this type of reconstruction. Hope this helps.
