Hello doctor My mother is having blood pressure reading is 190 ten days before she checked pressure that time 190 and today she checked same 190 don't know doctor what to do? Please help with your suggestions this will help me lot. She is taking food under diet only. Low sodium and greens and veggies...need your help doctor... Thanks N.Thulasi
