4months back i had some symptoms like chest tight ness,choke in center ,hand tribling and i admitted to huspital emergency.they checked my ECG which was  some kind of abnormal then they checked with ECHO ,drop test for attack then other enzyme check all are came normal then they said no problem with your heart that was a panic attack and send me to gastro dep.and then i am diagnoised with ileal ulcer.After 4 month i feel some pain in right chest ,shoulder blade thn i had a another ECG and exray both came normal and gastro dr said it is a acid reflux .so m tensed and confused,wheather my heart is ok or any thing serious to be concern. .sorry for question like essay
