Stop bottle feeding and breastfeeding if given. Give just 2 milk feeds using a glass and 3-4 solid meals including curd and Banana in the diet. Add syp vizylac twice a day for 5 days,use paracetamol for fever if required. It's normal for children up-to 3 years of age to fall sick frequently with stomach upset being the commonest. Just ensure strict hygiene in feeds.
