I m suffering from stiff pain in the left side of my head back side near the neck and I m having some problem in movement ,I m a hypertension patient of 1 yr and I m taking tazlod40 and met25

If your bp is normal , than it’s not the cause - check it at the time of headache . Headache with movement of neck is usually not related to hypertension. If it’s a chronic one consult a neurologist. In case bp is high at time of headache , let know will hike up the bp meds .
