Regarding Failing Pregnancy

My sister has undergone ultrasound today in which the radiologist has mentioned failing pregnancy. The last ultrasound was done earlier on 6th May in which report was normal. Kindly advice should she undergo another ultrasound as doctor says the fetus does not have heartbeat.
