If the duration of the disease is only 7 years and this is the state then the disease is progressing fast. First and foremost you need to maintain good control of your blood sugar levels. HbA1C levels should be between 6.5 and 7%. Secondly, the doctor who had done the FFA did it because some abnormality may have been picked up on fundus examination. Always trust you treating doctor and follow the treatment as advised. An online consultation cannot ever replace a one to one consultation. This FFA report doesn't show the entire  frames and thus it is difficult to comment on the stage of the disease.
