Hi. Echocardiogram is a imaging modality that should be correlated with clinically, to get diagnosis. Imaging modality will find trivial and mild findings depends upon the clinical situation of the Patient. Treating doctor will correlate clinical condition with imaging modality. It's not necessarily everybody have defects, even anemia will cause changes in echocardiogram and once anemia is corrected echo findings will be normal.
