Hello My name is Arsha and my question is I have a baby girl she is 7 weeks old and also suffering from cold so I just wanna know Is rice good for me to eat at this time when she is in cold cos my in-laws suggests me to eat rice cos of baby's constipation? Pls reply me asap Thamx
