completely avoid salt, limit water intake. avoid all the fruits as they contain potassium. u can have pineapple.avoid tomatoes and potatoes. avoid green leafy vegetables. have high protein diet.breakfast: 2eggs, lunch : a cup of rice with dal or fish , dinner any lighter food like chapathi and dal or idly or dosa. try to finish dinner by 8pm.
