Regarding D dimer and CRP

Hello, I am 30 years old male. After 1 and half months of Covid my D dimer is 219 ng FEU/ ml . Crp is < 0.4 mg/dl . I was taking ecosprin 75 as per doctor advice when I diagnosed Covid positive . I had no symptom as such , only loss of taste and smell. Do I need to continue ecosprin further?
