I have a whitish cyst like swelling on both sides on the soft palate on side of uvula One side is smaller and it is painless What could be the diagonosis

That is a Tonsilolith ( Stone in a tonsil ) that goes off with a repeated antibiotic gargling or can be removed manually consult a nearby ENT surgeon
