Hi Doctor, I am facing continues block on my nose. I use nasal spray named OTRIVIN but it is only giving a temporary relief. Please help for a complete cure. And I also have sinuses problem. And for that I am using an inhaler (seroflo 250) whenever I go breathless. Regards, Ragu
