I have missed my period for 1 day...n i am having cramps in my lower abdominal from the last week...cramps are not continuous but felt randomly for less than a minute...n also i m having little bit watery discharge...apart from these i have no others symptoms...m i pregnant??? last month same thing happened but got my periods 4 days late...so i m also afraid this month...i want to conceive baby...

Do pregnancy test either by urine or blood.Bhcg is blood test and confirmatory also.If comes negative means no pregnancy then take tablet for withdrawal bleeding after consulting with the gynaecologist.
