Regarding breast abscess

Hello As I explained earlier there is a small abscess beside the nipple and I visited multiple doctors and the pus discharge was sent for culture. It came back negative even for the TB. It was positive for strep infection but it's repeating every one year.I am attaching the picture for the reference thank you.
