I am taking ctd t 12.5:80 and ciplar la 40.but feeling dizzy and suffering from headache most of the time.previously taking amloz at. But bp one day shoot upto 180/110 . doctor changed the medicine.but not comfortable.please suggest

Kindly make a BP home charting to analyse the Trend of BP Morning and eve No tea coffee or physical exertion 1hr before the measurement BP cuff correct size and at level of heart Atleast 1week trend to be made and consult Dr PRETHIVIRAJ Consultant cardiologist
