Regarding Anomaly scan in 20 weeks

I did my anomaly scan yesterday. In the report Nft is 3 mm , nasal bone 5.7 mm but Frontonasal angle is mildly increased. And mild echogenic focus in bowel and heart. Nt scan report was absolutely fine..I did quadruple marker test yesterday report is pending.. but is this anomaly findings are normal?

Ecogenic focus in the bowel and heart needs further evaluation Was a double marker test done after the NT scan wait for the quadruple test report and go for fetal eeco cardiography at 22 to 24
